Do you restock items that sell out?
Yes. Most items are restocked within 1–3 weeks.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping coming soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

How much is shipping?
Free shipping may apply depending on current promotions. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
