Our Materials & Sustainability
At Everlo, we believe that better homes start with better materials.
We’re committed to creating everyday household products that are not only beautiful and functional — but also kinder to the planet.
This page outlines the materials we use, why we chose them, and how they help reduce waste.
These materials are used across the Everlo range — including current products and those we’re introducing over time.
1. Biodegradable & Compostable Materials
We prioritise plant-based, biodegradable materials designed to break down responsibly.
Examples include:
- Bamboo fibre for reusable household products
- Cellulose
- Coconut fibre
Why we use them
- Made from renewable, plant-based sources
- Reduce reliance on petroleum plastics
- Lower carbon footprint
- Break down naturally in the right conditions
2. Bamboo — Fast-Growing, Renewable, Strong
Bamboo is fast-growing, renewable, and naturally durable.
Benefits:
- Grows without pesticides
- Naturally antibacterial
- Regrows after harvesting
- Strong, lightweight, and long lasting
Where we use it:
- Used across Everlo products including kitchen tools, home essentials, and personal care items.
3. Natural Fibres
We use a range of plant-based natural fibres in brushes, cloths, and home essentials.
Examples:
- Sisal — tough, natural fibre for scrubbing
- Coconut coir — naturally abrasive, biodegradable
- Cotton & linen — soft, absorbent, reusable
Why natural fibres?
- Fully biodegradable
- Chemical-free
- Durable for everyday use
4. Reusables Over Disposables
Where possible, Everlo prioritises reusable materials.
Reusable materials include:
- Silicone (food-grade, heat resistant, long life)
- Stainless steel (recyclable, strong)
- Reusable cloths made from bamboo or cotton
Why we choose reusables
- Reduce waste
- Lower long-term cost for customers
- Better for the environment than single-use alternatives
5. Non-Toxic, Safe Material Standards
All Everlo materials are chosen with health in mind.
Our products avoid:
- BPA
- Phthalates
- Harmful dyes
- Toxic coatings
We choose materials that are:
- Food-grade
- Tested and certified by suppliers

6. Our Packaging Philosophy
Sustainability extends beyond the product itself.
Our Packaging may include:
• FSC-certified recycled paper
• Minimal ink printing
• Compostable mailers
• Reusable product bags
Our goal:
Packaging that protects your product — not the landfill.
7. Our Commitment Moving Forward
Everlo is built on continuous improvement.
As better eco-materials emerge, we’ll always aim to evolve.
Our future sustainability goals include:
- Increasing the percentage of recycled materials
- Reducing packaging even further
