You should feel confident in every Everlo product you bring into your home.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian consumer law.
30-Day Return Policy
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- With proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned unless faulty or defective:
• Opened or used household consumables
• Personal care items
• Clearance or final sale items
If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us:
Include your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping cost are the customer responsibility unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days at returns@everlo.com.au
- Include photos of the issue
- We will replace the item or provide a refund at no cost to you
Your satisfaction is our priority.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected , we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order
