2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law


Our Quality Guarantee works in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

  • A solution that is reasonable and timely
  • Protection against defective or unsafe products

You are NOT required to purchase extra warranties — your consumer rights apply automatically.
